How do I contact customer service?

When will I get my order?

Once your order is placed, we get a notification and immediately begin printing your item. All items are printed to order. This take take an average of 3-5 business days. Once it’s completed and shipped, we’ll send you a notification with tracking information. We do observe major US holidays and will not ship on those days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! International shipping usually delivers within 2-4 weeks, although sometimes it can take longer due to delays in customs. No tracking information is available for orders shipped outside the US.
Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?
We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please email us at support@tacogangapparel.com to let us know ASAP.
Can I exchange/return an item I've purchased?
Absolutely. All our products are made to order, which makes our return/exchange policy a little different. Any item can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a replacement of the same item. Note that the shipping fee is not refundable. Items must be exchanged in an un-worn condition. To process an exchange, reach out to our Customer Service team via support@tacogangapparel.com, and they will respond with instructions. Please keep in mind that you must be able to provide us with a tracking number as proof of your return shipment. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
